Junior IT-Security Analyst (d/f/m) for Berlin (Germany)

To support our team we are looking for the position as of now in full time or part time for our location Berlin (Germany):

  • Junior IT-Security Analyst (d/f/m)

Core tasks:

  • conduct security investigations as white/grey/black box procedures, for example web and mobile application testing, network pentesting, source code reviews, IoT/embedded device investigation, etc., depending on skills and interests

  • preparation of security tests and coordination during the assessment

  • write findings reports including assessment of risks and recommendations of possible solutions

  • occasional on-site investigations at customers' premises

Required qualifications:

  • university degree in computer science or a similar qualification in IT; a lateral entry is possible

  • understanding of technologies, especially applications, operating systems, networks

  • creativity and hacker thinking

  • very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken

  • familiarization with new technologies used by our customers

  • professionalism in customer interaction

  • reliability and commitment

Desirable qualification:

  • programming skills in common programming languages

  • experience in the field of pentesting, security analysis or general IT security is an advantage.

  • independent way of working
